I take my tree and decorations down on New Year's Day.

I believe you are meant to leave them up until 12 days after Christmas Day which is 6th Jan.

I'm not having mine up until then though.

I'm not having mine up until then though. __________________ Old aunts used to come up to me at weddings, poking me in the ribs, cackling and telling me 'You'll be next.' They stopped when I started doing the same to them at funerals.
