Saw one parked up outside a pub at lunchtime. Would the same drink drive rules apply??
Whilst the majority of users are responsible there are still those who think that everyone should get out of the way for them 'cos they're disabled. I was once swore at by one lady cos I stopped to open my front door and she had to stop too!
