Thumbs down living breathing proof that our justice system doesnt work.

There is a regular shoplifter at the shop where i work, he has over 80previous convictions for shoplifting and other crimes.

Couple of week ago he got sent down for a fortnight for shoplifting whilst i was working, 3 days ago guess whos back.......and shoplifting again.

Why dont we have a 3 strikes and your out system, where if you get sent to prison for a third time thats it.....no chance of release (or ideally execution that way tax-payers money isnt paying for scum like him to be inside).

This really bugs me, i have seen the guy a few times round ossy when i havent been working and everytime i do my blood boils. But im unable to do anything because of the "human rights" brigade. What i wouldnt do for 5mins alone with him.

Just thought id get this off my chest and see what all you lot think? should repeat offenders have a cut off point where we basically say you have had enough chances now your going to the chair. (i know it wont happen but it would be nice).
