In regards to the prison thing, i think all young offenders institutes should be converted to prisons, if young people where locked up with the "big boys" it might scare the hell out of them and stop them offending again.

That's a bit harsh on judges Speedy, common sense being optional, every body knows that judges have a frontal lobotomy on taking the silks, and are not allowed to think for themselves its all written down for them in books, books that should have been rewritten years ago
We are still using laws designed for the 18th century not the 21st
