The one piece of advice I would give on the subject is just don't go searching for something to become reliant upon; whether that be a medication or some sort of CBT. Medication is extremely trial and error with regards to its success, and CBT can be largely ineffective depending on your personal worldview. Coming around full circle, at the end of it all finding sense in a purer principle of
