Well if you havnt, you will have a boiler somewhere, you will have problems getting a fire surround on there if you are wanting a hearth and marble panel (fire is in wrong place, the cut out in the marble is bigger than standard), a fire surround may be ok, but will have to be either cut to fit to the wall, or cut the skirtings back to suit, I can have a look for you if you want, we get quite a few surrounds through the showroom, which are normally thrown out, I would need an idea what to look out for.
