I don't know why there digging Blackburn Rd up again, it's not that long ago of course that it was relayed. I would hope it's not something that could have been done then.

I honestly don't think the answer is to move some of the bus stops onto Hyndburn Rd. The solution in my view is to deal with the traffic problems on Blackburn Rd.
