It used to be that people lived in an area for years any therefore had respect for the surrounding community and their neighbours, these people aren't there for long and so treat it like a dumping ground.

Hear Hear Ceejache I would love to dump all the rubbish from the tenants of the private landlords in their home and see what they would say to that.
