wheatbags are safer than a hot water bottle and actually keeps the heat longer .. i have 2 of them .. plus they normally have lavender in them ....

i think theyre better than a hot water bottle .. plus easier to heat up .. stick them in the microwave for a minute or two ..

i get mine from a shop in haslingden .. theyre cheaper ..

and the occupational therapist said they were better for my mum rather than a hot water bottle .. though mum was traditional .. and wouldnt use them!!!
