Interesting. I can say that the above twitter account is nothing to do with me.
The official accyweb twitter account can be found at
accyweb (accyweb) on Twitter and it has been running for quite a while, happily only posting stuff from general chat. As you can see if you view the official account it has quite a few followers. It also pulls in quite a bit of traffic to the site.
So I am doing one account, and it is used for promoting our website. I also advertise on google, facebook and many other social media type websites. I hope that is ok with you?
