i dont recycle yet my garden ends up full of everone elses rubbish and when i rang up to complain i was told that they send a crew around to tidy up afterwards but they cant enter my garden on the grounds of health and safety.This must be because of the 6ft deep trenches i have dug and the landmines i have scattered accross my lawn i assume
basically i have to tidy OTHER peoples crap because the collection team cant hit literaly the back of a bin waggon with a milk bottle and this is assuming i mangae to dodge the local verminous cats crap, between HBC and the local vermin i can see why the clean up team dont want to enter my garden.
i may purchase a high powered air rifle for one of teh problems but havnt yet decided what to use on teh cats
