Latest hearsay on the land next to the theatre is that it is on offer for around £300,000 (seems could have full planning permission for housing). HBC would like LCC to buy it back. HBC would be responsible for developing the car park and LCC would lease it to HBC. Problem is, LCC 'aint got no money... Think there's about 20 spaces Kate, but not sure, when my parents lived there it was hardly ever used, but haven't been near the area since my fathe died in 2003
