So every Rovers fan was drinking ? why not just move the ones who weren't drinking ? The away end has been full for most games at the Turf this season. You didn't all arrive together just like any other club hasn't done. What about half time at most grounds, the concourses are packed. No dispensation is made then.
Most of the trouble inside the ground stemmed from bottle throwing. If the police commander cocked up he should be demoted to PCSO, if the instruction came from the Ground Safety Officer then he should be sacked immediatley. The latter is more in hope than expectation
