I'm reluctant to be too scathing about Malcolm as he was the first non-Labour councillor to offer me a friendly word but I suspect the residents of Milnshaw will be pretty hacked off when news filters through of his voting tactics today.

I told mi mum who had friends round all of who voted for him thinking he was anti tory so word will travel fast, theres nowt as reliable as a womans gob to get things rolling lol
