What i can't fathom, whilst its looking ok in the revamped market hall, why did they not have moving stairs up at one end n down at the other end? ok theres a lift, which is very small about 4 people at a guess, many dont like small lifts n many aint mobile enough to walk up n down the stairs, or will not wi bags of shopping.
its gonna be a damned hard slog fer businesses up yon to make a do IMHO, which would be a shame cos the improvements are nice.
