Well there you go again jumping to conclusions because in this case I happen to agree with you.
By all means they can sell it if they so wish having been unable to make it viable but I agree they should not be able to dictate It's future use.

Peel Park is by all accounts a well run establishment and I wish them well,(not sure who owns it).
