The prisoners would be totaly ignored,get cold food,lights off early,showers once a week, a tiny room and pay £500 pounds a week.Also they'd know they would never get out. Seems fair?
Or we could go the other way round ...call it the "BIG Society" and let people look after the old for free.. if yer park is looking untidy then clean it up and walk away..make home help non existent but ask the neighbours to look out for the old folk a few doors away.. all these things have been done for free in this county for decades.. but Cameron and the Tories want to make it officail.!... cutting costs? this is more of the them and us stuff we had under Thatcher... cuts cuts cuts.. no matter the cost
