Hi everyone, I was just wondering if anyone has been to or uses regularly the Flex and Fitness gym on victoria street. I'm currently looking for a gym to go to and this is the closest one to my house.

I believe they also run Kickboxing classes and was wondering if anyone had attended any of those either?

Can anybody give me a little more info on opening times and any other classes they run, please?
