The council need to look at the resources it already has in the borough rather than trying to be something it's not and bankrupting itself. Landlords need regulating and empty properties should be brought under the wing of the council.

agree with you %100 percent 1 house empty brought our street down and brought down house prices.i dont know how it laid empty for 10 years
we complained to the council non stop and all they did was get the landlord to board up the windows and doors.
