I got the history of Blackburn Rovers from 1907 to today, all in newspaper headlines and stories bound in leather, a really nice present. I had a quick flick through it and was interested in one story, it was FA Cup Sixth round tie on March 8th 1952 between Rovers and Burnley at Ewood
it was Rovers 3 Burnley 1 (not changed there then
)
The attendance was 53000 the gate receipts were £8433,
oh how some things have changed
