It is absolutely forbidden to 'do a recording' to post on here - any such recording will be removed and infraction given then ban - reason is its breach of copyright and the media broadcasting legals will be onto anyone that does.
Its on iplayer which is fine to link to and is available to the public tho not sure about overseas.
