Do the ones you refer to really have a say regardless of worthless shares owned ? I agree they don't want the community club issue but I would guess it's only a matter of time before they have to give way, I'm guessing the legal wheels turn slowly.
The appointment is really highlighted in Joe's post and has to be not only a step nearer to conclusion but also ensures continouity WHEN it does happen.
