No, Politics had nothing to do with my original reply. It was, as I said, based on his job as a Recruitment Consultant, and asking how he can assess people's suitability for a job with such a poor grasp of written English himself. The fact that he is also a Councillor and Chairman of his Area Council makes the issue worse in my opinion.
And yes, I would criticise
any other Councillor, regardless of party, if their posts were as badly written as all his. This poor grasp of grammar, punctuation etc, also extends to his emails replies too.
