I installed a program and I tried to uninstall it and the computer won't let me. It comes up "You do not have sufficient access to uninstall - please contact your system administrator!"

I am the only user of this computer and I already have administrator user status but still it won't let me remove it. The software is not virus software but a legit program.

Anybody know why this is happening? Please give me some advice thanks!
