hang on a minute I thought the clayton end/cowshed held 1400ish? if the gate was 2222 as stated last night, with the main stand absolutely heaving(1100) and 200 away fans, how was the clayton end overcrowded?
Certainly from when i was sat in the main stand I could see plenty of seating available!
anyways, for my money all ticket puts off people who would come on a whim, like fans of other local clubs or 'give it a go fans'. Just my thoughts on the subject.
