Tried that earlier and the website / online ticket office didn't seem to allow me to change it from "collect" tickets rather than deliver
.....So i've bought the tickets to collect on Saturday.....which brings me neatly on to......

IF I have to queue (which seems likely) that the tickets are actually ready for me to collect.....three times this season I've actually got to the front of the queue only to find the tickets aren't ready or haven't been printed...If it happens again needless to say I won't be one happy bunny.
