First Nations will be celebrating too. Was on Tyendenaga Res yesterday, home of the Bay of Quinte Mohawks, Maple Leaf flags etc. everywhere.
But it is a celebration of the signing of the British North America Act, when Canada became a Dominion. And it's a great excuse for a damn fine party; and the weather here will be great.
