Miss Haworth did leave the house to the people of Accrington, ask Helen at the gallery to show you a copy of the will, its in a cardboard box with some other documents & photos, I think it specifies Art Gallery, if so theres nowt can be achieved, the council is after saving money on that place, thats why they don't have a curator.
