Sheff Wednesday got around that last week by making all their subs in the first 19 minutes, their manager said 'you have to start with 6 first teamers but it doesn't say in the rules that you have to finish with them'
Mind, his ever so slight bending of the rules didn't do 'em much good, they were beaten by Bradford if I remember rightly
