There may be a speed limit but not an acceleration limit, plus sorry but big engines sound so much better, this is not a thread about sensible forms of transport, its a wish list of decadent motoring luxury.

I drive a 176k mile 6 year old.honda accord diesel estate, but wish for something much nicer, fact is the honda is "better" at what I need right now, a lottery win would change the requirements , completely
