Have been "on the wagon" all week (for health reasons -on antibiotics -not because I've been good! Am rarely that!!  ) Am drinking a cuppa now though to annul the effect - have lost 3lb in weight this week -useful just before Xmas!)
Having seen what G has written later -will go on being an "also ran" !
