Can anybody recommend a reliable and local kitchen vinyl/Lino floor supplier and fitter. We have been let down today by a Preston company, said they would be here at 9am, phoned them 4 times no answer, finally left me a voicemail at 4:50pm saying sorry for not being able to fit my Lino today but could I phone to rearrange! Err no!!!
