I think Chewy is about to be come is own name sake

......When he sticks his legs up for the last time he will be come very chewy.........(Forgive me I'm a sick man) but not as sick as the person who left poor chewy here just to die

........Don't let him die like this someone adopt him..................please don't let him die.
