On my camera there is the option to choose how much panoramic you can take, it starts with 120 degrees, then 180 degrees, and finishes with a full 360 degrees.
Its difficult to view them on the rear screen of the camera as the format doesnt fit the screen, its only when you upload them to your computer that you get to see the full picture.
