We(slideshow) played at the golden cross on saturday night. this was the night after the fight but we found the locals to be friendly and agreeable and a good night was had by all . we're playing again next month. thank you golden cross punters!!!

I've been going around canvasing tonight and it's obviously on people's minds a lot. Even elderly people who wouldn't go into the Golden Cross were mentioning it.

The cross has always been a great night out when I've been there, with no trouble at all.

I've heard rumours about it though, mainly when I was a kid.

Oh well, so long as the kids ok now.
