Passed it last night around 8.30 .. couldn't help but notice lots of cars parked outside.

carrier bags are taxed now arent they? thats why we are being charged for them.........

it makes sense really that they are charging for them, they arent bio-degradable (sp?) so it makes you think twice about having to buy one
