They've done a good job renovating it. The shop is well stocked, well priced, the staff are friendly and helpful, and they even pack your bags for you.:)

The shop has just moved from further up Union Road.It used to be just further down than Rhyddings Street but on the other side of the road.Is it not just booze and fags now then? There's already the Ossy General Store near there which is like a little corner shop, nice to see more shops spreading down the road though.I thought at one stage that the bottom end of Ossy was just going to become one big car park for Ossy Mills:D

It's like a mini-super market. Saying that it probably has more different lines than the Co-op, whose stock is less and less every time I go in. The prices are cheaper too.:)

They are sick in Ossy General Stores though.

Lol, no the brothers who own it are sick because they are selling the same things they do, except Booze Busters offer more choice, and I suppose because they are a bigger company, can afford to offer more competitive prices.

They're also going to have a free cash machine installed soon. which is good because you either got charged at Ossy General & Ossy Mills or had to traipse all the way up to the co-op. The girl there said it should be about 13th July.

Re: bargin booze

yeh i noticed that too , good at least there will be one round there now instead of , like you said, walking all the way to co-op
