anyone seen the new smoking shelter outside?

one question, what if the rain is blowing downwards towards the wall..LOL:rolleyes:
if ya ask me i think they have spoiled the look of an old pub!:(

I've heard there's another buttie shop opening in Ossy too.

That's all it's going to be soon, hairdressers and take-aways.

I don't know what's going on.

I gather from the planning applications thread on here that there were problems with the smoking shelter that they were originally going to build.

It seems that they have abandoned that and put this one up.

I agree, Panther. It's not going to be much cop on wet and windy nights when all the rain blows in. Marginally better than nothing I suppose.

Yeah Manning's opened this week in what was Cheadle's.

Have been told that there is another to open though.

Is the Black Dog's smoking shelter complete now then, I haven't been past for a while?

They were. I know so many people who have fallen over them or hurt themselves on them. (and not just people who were raging drunk. lol.:p)

haha, now the drunks will just fall over the wall so its all ok :D but yes the smokers shelter looks bad and I think it is finished ... was a quick build took about 4/5 days at most

Well,i think with a couple of Yukka plants & some climbing ivy,strobes & a sound system,it may well be theee place to beeee to haaaave a faaaaag.No honest,it looks crap.

even though i smoke i have to agree that the smoking shelter does look terrible and i dont no if anyone else thinks the same but i think it takes the dignity out of an old pub they could have put it round the back in the car park does anyone know why they didnt? the wall does look better than the chain though
