Sorry metman 2000,

You get use to it, these people get under your skin very quickly...It's just difficult staying on topic.

Hi Mik,

You may be right there…I remember he had quite a high forehead and very piercing eyes. It started at Church Kirk in the infants, their was some respite when we moved up fern gore, I went to St Mary’s for about six months and then up to Green Howarth. You can understand my dismay when we renewed our former relationship one day outside Rhyddings.

I believe that we patched things up though after the fat lip incident (which I swooped for a Black eye some time later that year). I don’t think you could call us friend but things settled down before I left for Blackpool.

The sad thing was, that our parents got on very well…

Re: Ossy Memorabilia

I believe this thread was meant to be a request for Ossy memorabilia for sale before it strayed a bit, so I presume Terri Davies was from Ossy and this is a book?

What sort of things are you looking for Metman?

Like what? I was taking gibbo's post at face value not knowing who Terri Davies is and then asking what kind of things Metman was looking for.

Gibbo's posts have now been deleted.

Exactly what have I done wrong?

Re: Ossy Memorabilia

Sorry but you have baffled me.

I just don't understand what was wrong with presuming Gobbo was talking about a book (although I have never heard the names of author or subject) and then asking the person who started the thread what kind of things he was looking for.

If that offends you then I can only apologise for having done so.
