1911 I believe, and how about Park lane? We can see that hawthorn ave side is not there and I am presuming the other side is not there in the pic also.

What you call the 'old tower' was in fact a folly built around 1870, and has no connection with the old Hall except the stone may have been reused. lt was in fact built to look like that and is relatively unscathed, and hasn't unlike other parts of the park fallen into a state of disrepair.

or you could just get a bottle of ''WHITE LIGHTENING'' get drunk and trash the park (oh don't forget the marker pens to vandalise everything in sight) that way even the young people will join in.:(
