Remember him well, used to love looking at his model cars etc, Jim was a really nice man, I grew up in Monarch St, which as you know runs down the side of what was your dads salon, and of course it was Uni Sex as well, both a men's barbers and women's hairdressers, Jim cut my hair from being a little lad until he left the shop, I'm just trying to remember what year that was.

Hello J.....my dad left Ossy around 1977 & came to live near me in the North East, not sure it was the best thing to do ...but its what he wanted. He passed away in 1980. The old shop / salon is what my early memories are all about ! living on the premises there was always someone ringing the bell ..for a haircut or an umbrella repair !!
