Fireworks in the early hours of today
 

Who heard them?. What clown thought of setting fireworks at 1am when everybody's asleep?:mad::mad::mad::hidewall::hidewall::enough: .

They were around Rhyddings High School area (the fireworks).

I heard a series of explosion type noises. I looked out of the window as they were happening, in the direction of Rhyddings park, and saw no lights in the sky. I am not certain the noise was fireworks.

They were DEFIANTLY fireworks, I looked out my window and saw fireworks.

Have you lot not learnt yet what fireworks going off at obscure times, and for no apparent reason means. It happens regulary in the Higher Antley Area.
Its the local drug dealers signaling a new shipment has arrived.

i heard them too sounded like fireworks to me ..mindless g*ts.

They were in Rhyddings Park. We have just been for a walk and cleared up the mess they left.

Looks like more tonight, heard some pretty loud ones about 20 mins ago made me jump :( also was woken briefly by them during last nite, why out of season for one & if kids whose selling them to kids & is it not anti social especially after 11pm???

Wasn't it a saints day celebration in Spain yesterday, its either the 26th or the 28th, might have been some of our European brothers celebrating:D
