I think the worst road is Charter St, Accrington and Heys Lane.

I agree Charter street is not nice but I dont remember the road surface being bad though.

Born 1999, left school 1997, uses and recommends Max taxis, sometimes posts during school time, has an extended knowledge and very adult interest of whats going on in the Ossy/Hyndburn area.Posts don't read like a twelve year olds.I'm puzzled.
