webcameron.org.uk

David Cameron has launched a blog website that allows people to see a politition and perhaps future PM in a different light. It's quite interactive and he has been responding to the 'open blog' which anybody can post in (although its subject to moderation, tho im sure thats just for profanity purposes).

I think its quite a good idea, the public can express their views and you can get a bit of an insight in to Camerons life.

Not all parts of the site are live, they're introducing it step by step. What do you think?

If the bloke can't be trusted to write without a moderator being there to edit out his profanities, then I don't think he should be in 'control' of the tory party!

I dont think you understand.. the moderation thing is for the open blog and comments, where anyone can post. I guess they just dont want it turning in to a bitch fest. David Cameron isnt subject to those moderations :)

He does have the sort of fresh faced eagerness that Blair duped the electorate with in '97.

Style over substance though so far.

He has already laid out the direction he wants to go, there will be detailed policies before the next election, but theres no point releasing them all 3 years early so that Labour can steal them..

Why is this in the internet section? Its a serious political discussion just happens to revolve around a website...

Perhaps it's in the internet section because just like the webcameron site we have moderators and just like on there if there is someone they consider ill suited to make a correct decision they will intervene on his behalf?:)
