Google Earth
At the meet last week Entwisi spoke about the wonders of this programme.
Ok... didn't know about it so downloaded it, actually think bros. might have put it on there for me already and never noticed it. Yes, it is really magnificent, all the road planners, satellite pictures rolled into one. Can see what type of house some one lives in with just the address. One thing though, I did find it rather scarey and creepy actually, the earth coming at you in the opening scene, thought it would burst straight through my monitor; the oceans depths and colours gave me goosepimples and the deep crevices in the mountains and mysteries of the snow caps; just the way it silently moves from South America back to the U.K. Truly wonderful .. but am I on my own in feeling the creeps ? |

hope you have more luck with it than me katex, had to uninstall it, computer kept goosing up after i installed, then after = ok again, shame i loved it.:(

I enjoy using it though it is scary sometimes what you can see especially the 3D version.

It's a software prgramme, nothing to feel creepy about it at all.
