Scams Etc.

Me and a friend setup a website about people getting scammed etc. Showing scams and how to avoid them, we've just started a new forum @ Http://www.Real-Hustle.com/forum

On the main page you can download e-books and watch videos of scams and how they're done. It will show you how to avoid being scammed in the future!

The old forum we had on (you may still find it somewhere on there) had around 800 odd members, but there was bugs with the forum so we've just started a new one up.

Please join up and post your knowledge/experiences with scams etc.

Oh by the way, the board look may change a lot over next few days as we're modding it etc. to look better! :D

If you are so concerend about people being scammed why not make it an open forum where you can read it but need to register to post. Unless of course it's a scam and you are just collecting e-mail addresses :D

I hate forums that force you to register to view the general stuff. They usually only do it to get membership number up. You register, find the site is rubbish so never go back. It is rare I will join without being able to view first.

I agree Neil its very off putting when you have to register just to look round a site.

Probably do better if you hadnt named it after a bbc tv show. And by the looks of it not much is happening on there, ill wait till i gets busier before i consider joining (nothing worse than a quiet forum).

Have the bbc been informed of the breach of there copyright? (Companys tend to take this sort of thing rather badly).

Already read up about it, you're allowed to take 'The Real Hustle' videos and use them yourself, BBC even host the shows on youtube and allow 'embedding'.

If you have such a problem with it, report it. ;)

.. Let them know I download full movies and games too.

.. And I sometimes sell them aswell and make a bit of dosh. :D

I was kidding.

He's rambling all this breach with BBC stuff. I was being sarcastic.

But yeah, BBC allows embedding of their 'The Real Hustle' videos that they upload.

If they didn't want people using them on their own sites etc. why wouldn't they disable embedding with one click of a button?
