downloading from BBC website

I need to dpwnload from the BBC website coverage of the Olympic Torch relay when it came through Accy - any ideas how I can do this

They have tried to make it impossible due to copyright reasons but try google for "remove drm from BBC iPlayer and save BBC iPlayer programs"
