Cut Off
I am on wanadoo broadband and if i answer my land line phone i get cut off the internet and have to reconnect. Does anyone know why this happens?

When my brother went on wanadoo he had the same problem I think he needed to make sure he had a filter on every plugged in phone

Have you got the microfilters installed? You need one on each 'phone' or extention.

Wannado should tell you that when you apply for Broadband. If you have an answering machine plugged into a separate doodah you need a filter for that too.

Thanks very much for your help, i have sorted it out now. I wondered why i had two filters. I'm a bit on the thick side, don't you know. lol

It should tell you in the literature that you need a filter for each and every socket (including Sky, apparently).
