In my 1909 directory I've found 3 pop bottlers I was not aware of :- Wm Forshaw, 3 Horne St, Spencer & Howarth, Oswald St and Thomas Moore, Whalley Rd

In my 1930 directory, I've found J J Simpson, a beer bottler, in premises without a number, in Bertha St. The premises may have been a bakery at one time occupied by Mr J Booth.
