Any Village Web Site

Was having a quick google and came across this site.

http://www.any-village.com/UK/Englan...gton/home.aspx

I then had a look at Accrington, and found that they would like some piccies of the area, because the only one they display on the page is this one:-

Maybe we should help them out with a few of the better scenes of our area, what do you think?

I thought it was obvious that I think yes, I started the post, perhaps I should expand on my question if only for your sake.

Here goes,

What do You think? I think, we could have a special competition in the gallery set up by Mick where we all put our own local scenes into it (be careful of Copyright), for say a month & then get Mick to upload the best 10 voted for by accywebbers onto the any village site, I realise this will create quite a large amount of extra work for Mick but as we all know he won't mind doing it after all each one of the pic's will have the accyweb address imprinted on it giving us free publicity.

O.K. Mick let me know when you have had enough of what I think, I have lot's more ideas each one more complicated than the other but they will all entail you having to work harder & harder for the site.
:tongueout

I forgot to add Mick that I was going to mention this to you in the pub before I put forward this suggestion onsite, to see what you thought but, as usual you are impatient!

I will have to think about how to set this up as there might be issues involved as the photos will be going on another site after the competition:rolleyes:
